It allows the Directorate to gather comprehensive information to facilitate smooth coordination and ensure a successful showcase at the Trade Fair.

Terms and Conditions Agreement

By checking this box, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to abide by the terms and conditions of participation in the International Trade Fair.

  1. Eligibility: Participation is open to registered participants for the Global Digital Economy Summit 4.0 who complete the subscription form and pay for designated accounts.
  2. Physical Booth Allocation: The GDES Organizing Committee will allocate exhibition booths.
  3. Virtual Slot Allocation: The verified online subscribers will be hosted on the JCI Nigeria One-Stop Shop via the website.
  4. Payment: Subscribers must fully pay exhibition booth fees by the specified deadline of 30th September 2024 to secure space.
  5. Setup and Display: Subscribers are responsible for professional product/service displays on the physical booths, ensuring compliance with the instructions by the GDES Organizing Committee.
  6. Promotional Materials: Distribution of materials is allowed within designated areas.
  7. No Refund Policy: Please note that all booth fees are non-refundable.
  8. Code of Conduct: Professional and respectful behaviour is always expected; disruptive conduct may lead to expulsion.
